Amar Chitra Katha proudly celebrates two major signature events every year. One in the memory of its beloved founder on 17th September as Uncle Pai Day and the other as a mark of celebrating the grand legacy of Indian stories and storytelling as Amar Chitra Katha Day. In addition to this Amar Chitra Katha also hosts trademark festivals and events like the ACK Family Quiz, The Amar Chitra Katha Festival, and more.

The Amar Chitra Katha Quiz
Amar Chitra Katha’s Founder Editor, Anant Pai, believed that quizzes broke all barriers and transcended ages. Keeping his vision in mind, the Amar Chitra Katha team conducts a variety of quizzes and themes that centre around everything about India. The quizzes can be played by all ages from 8 to 80 year-olds.

Amar Chitra Katha Day is celebrated every year on the 17th of July to cherish the brand’s grand legacy of authentic storytelling in the comics format. Every year the team and ardent readers, from across the globe, participate in the event with great enthusiasm. Numerous activities and events are planned in the weeks leading up to the event. The Amar Chitra Katha Festival
The ACK Festival is usually a 3-day-long immersive experience for students. Held in various schools and organizations, the fest helps children learn about India through Amar Chitra Katha and various fun activities. These include storytelling workshops, quizzes, cosplay, art and writing competitions, book fairs, and a lot more.
